Growth marketing services / For businesses
These growth marketing services start with a business question. More activity is only useful when it moves the right outcome. I help you diagnose the customer journey, prioritise the work and build a practical way to measure progress.
For fintech, B2B, education and consumer businesses. Scope agreed around your goals, data and team capacity.
Start with your business
Share your goal, current stage and main constraint. Get a suggested starting point before deciding on a service.
Your answers guide an initial recommendation. A detailed audit is scoped separately.
01 / Growth Audit
For teams seeing drop-off, inconsistent conversion or plenty of activity without a clear explanation of the results.
We agree the journeys, data sources, deliverables and timing before work begins.
02 / CRM & Lifecycle
Build journeys around customer behaviour, from first value to the next purchase or transfer.
Implementation depends on your existing CRM, event tracking and available access.
03 / Fractional Growth
Ongoing support for teams that need someone to connect the growth plan, customer experience and weekly priorities.
For ongoing growth marketing services, availability, ownership and cadence are agreed during scoping.
Selected work
Nearly 2,000 users across the two markets as reported on 9 October 2026. My work spans organic acquisition, localised launch activity and lifecycle journeys.
Portfolio outcomes include 2.8× qualified inbound leads in three months and 32% lower CPA, supported by segmentation, CRM journeys and landing page improvements.
Historical project outcomes. Context, attribution and results vary by scope and execution.
Share the business goal, the customer journey and what you’ve tried.
We align on priorities, access, deliverables and how success will be measured.
Turn the diagnosis into action and review what the evidence tells us.
No. We can begin by identifying what is known, what is missing and which tracking gaps block useful decisions. The scope will reflect the evidence available.
The editorial series shares growth analysis and frameworks. A paid Growth Audit is a separately scoped review of your business and customer journey.
Project enquiry
To discuss growth marketing services, tell me about your product, your customers and the outcome you want to move. Include the main challenge so we can start with a useful conversation.
Your details are used to respond to this enquiry. This does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Choose the right scope
If traffic is growing but meaningful customer actions are not, begin with a diagnosis. The aim is to understand the journey from acquisition to first value, rather than add another campaign to an unclear funnel.
If the problem is already understood but customers receive disconnected messages, lifecycle work may be a better starting point. We look at who receives each message, the behaviour that triggers it and the useful next action it supports.
A short brief should explain your product, priority audience, current goal and biggest constraint. Include your existing analytics and CRM tools, the period you want to review, and who can implement changes. Aggregate funnel figures are often enough for the first conversation.
Keep customer identifiers and sensitive records out of the enquiry form. If a project needs access to business systems, we agree the purpose and appropriate access during scoping.
A useful measurement plan names a primary outcome and supporting checks. For example, activation work might track the share of eligible customers reaching their first meaningful action, alongside completion time and support requests.
Define the denominator, reporting window and relevant audience before comparing results. A conversion rate can move because the customer mix changed. It does not automatically mean the experience improved.
The official Google Analytics overview explains the event-based measurement model. Tools support the diagnosis, but the business question should determine which events matter.
Growth marketing services are most useful when each recommendation has an owner, a reason and a review point. We prioritise by expected customer impact, strength of evidence and implementation effort, then revisit assumptions as results arrive.
A scoped engagement is not a promise of a specific revenue lift. It creates a clearer way to make decisions, coordinate the work and learn from outcomes.

Your collaborator
I connect growth marketing, CRM and user experience to help teams understand where customers get stuck and decide what to improve next.
An audit is a defined review that helps you understand the current journey and prioritise what to change. Ongoing support creates a working rhythm for putting selected improvements into practice, checking results and adjusting the plan. Choose growth marketing services based on whether your main need is diagnosis, execution or coordination.
You can begin with a bounded question, such as why qualified sign-ups fail to reach first value. That makes the scope easier to evaluate than a broad request to improve every channel at once. Any later implementation work should have its own agreed responsibilities and deliverables.
Describe the customer, the product and the action that creates value for both. Explain what has changed recently: a new audience, pricing update, acquisition campaign or onboarding flow may affect the pattern you see. Share the baseline period and the result you want to understand, rather than only a target percentage.
Also name the people who can make decisions and implement changes. Growth marketing services work better when commercial, product and operational constraints are visible at the beginning. A simple brief with reliable context is more useful than a large deck with unclear definitions.
Start with the customer problem and the evidence supporting it. Then consider the likely business impact, effort, dependencies and ability to learn from the change. A small improvement to a frequently used step can be more valuable than a complicated campaign aimed at a poorly understood audience.
Prioritisation is a working judgment, not a certainty. The plan should identify what would change that judgment, who owns the next action and when the team will review it. This keeps recommendations connected to decisions instead of becoming a long list that nobody can execute.
Often, the first task is to understand what your current tools already support. Review the available customer events, audience rules, message templates and reporting before deciding whether a new platform is necessary. A clear trigger and a useful message may matter more than an additional feature.
The scope of growth marketing services will reflect those capabilities. If the existing setup cannot support a proposed journey, the recommendation should explain the dependency, a practical interim option and what would be needed to implement the fuller version.
The first review should establish a shared picture of the problem, the evidence available and the most important unanswered questions. It should distinguish observations from interpretations. If customers leave at a particular step, that identifies where to investigate; it does not yet prove why they left.
We then agree the next useful action, such as checking tracking, reviewing customer feedback or testing a focused change. The goal is to leave with a decision and clear ownership. You do not need a perfect analytics setup, but you do need a willingness to examine assumptions and learn.
